ZUCCHINI HOTEL AND APARTMENTS RULES:

At ZUCCHINI Setting clear, legally binding house rules protects our property, maintains a peaceful environment, and minimizes liability. Guests must explicitly agree to them at or before check-in (e.g., via a signed registration form).

1. Core Conduct & Occupancy
Maximum Occupancy: Each apartment category has a strict occupancy limit (e.g., max 2 adults per studio, 4 per two-bedroom). Exceeding this limit without prior management approval will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Quiet Hours: To ensure a restful environment, strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive noise in rooms or corridors is strictly prohibited during these times.
Visitor Policy: Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. Non-registered visitors are not permitted on the premises past 11:00 PM. Visitors wishing to stay overnight must be registered at the front desk and present valid identification.

2. Financials & Check-In/Check-Out
Check-In & Check-Out Times: Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (Noon). Late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and an extra hourly charge.
Refunds and Early Departures: The apartment operates a strict cancellation and early departure policy. No refunds will be issued for early departures unless explicitly agreed upon in writing under specific extenuating circumstances.

3. Health, Safety & Property Care
No Smoking Policy: Zucchini Hotel and Apartment maintains a 100% smoke-free policy indoors. Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vapes) inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. A deep-cleaning fee of [20,000] will be charged automatically to any guest violating this rule.
Fumigation & Maintenance Access: Management reserves the right to enter apartments for urgent maintenance, emergency repairs, or scheduled health and safety measures (such as pest control/fumigation). Management will make every effort to provide advanced notice to minimize guest inconvenience.
Illegal Activities: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances, weapons, or engagement in any criminal activity on the premises is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction and referral to law enforcement.

4. Liability & Asset Protection
Damages and Missing Items: Guests will be held strictly liable for any damage caused to the apartment’s structure, furniture, linen, or appliances during their stay. Items missing from the room upon check-out will be billed directly to the guest's account.
Valuables & Personal Property: The management is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of money, jewelry, or other valuables left in the apartments. Guests are encouraged to utilize in-room safes or secure their belongings appropriately.

• Please be informed that your reservation can only be extended based on availability. It is important to pay for the intended duration of stay at the time of reservation. Additional 50% of room rate will be charged for all late check-out from 12:30pm to 6:00pm.

All guests are required to provide their means of identification upon check-in.

Under the Nigerian Law, foreigners must exhibit their passport and resident permit upon check-in.
